What does a lesson credit create?
One credit creates one complete newly generated lesson. Credits are released monthly and are used for lesson generation; the subscription provides access to the platform, Community Library and student tools.
What is an active student?
An active student occupies one seat and can sign in, receive assignments and use CTS student tools. Archiving the student frees the seat immediately and revokes that student’s access while preserving the teacher’s records.
What is included in the $9 trial?
The paid trial lasts seven days, supports up to two active students and includes ten lesson credits. It is limited to one trial per account, does not renew automatically and must be converted to a paid plan or the account is archived when the trial ends.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Until automated billing is available, send a cancellation request through the contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Platform access then ends and unused credits are removed.
Do students need another app?
No. Students open their CTS workspace in a web browser and use the lesson, audio, exercises, dictionary, flashcards and submission tools there.
Can a school use CTS?
Yes. Schools and studios receive a custom quote based on the required teacher capacity, student capacity, monthly credits, administration and support.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Included credits are replaced by the new monthly allocation at the end of each monthly credit period. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
How do annual subscriptions receive credits?
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at the discounted annual price, but the included lesson credits are released monthly. Annual customers do not receive all twelve months of credits upfront.
